FAQs

How often do the filters need to be replaced?

We recommend changing the filters every 2 weeks to ensure fresh, clean water.

Are the filters really effective?

Absolutely! Our highly efficient triple-filter system removes 99% of impurities such as hair, heavy metals, and unpleasant odors. It provides ultra-clean, fresh-tasting water, helps your pets stay hydrated, and reduces the risk of urinary tract infections.

Is the drinking fountain loud?

No, the drinking fountain is very quiet. The low-noise pump ensures that it neither disturbs you nor frightens your pets, making it perfect for use both day and night.

What is the drinking fountain made of?

The drinking fountain is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, a particularly robust and rust-resistant material that is easy to clean. Ideal for a long service life and guaranteed safe for your pets!

How long is the cable?

The USB cable is about 1 meter long.

Does the fountain run continuously?

Yes, our water fountain runs continuously and provides a constant flow of fresh water.

What if my cat doesn't like him?

If your cat does not like the fountain, try placing it in a quiet, familiar spot or introducing it gradually with their favorite treats nearby. Cats can be picky, but many quickly get used to the movement and the fresh water. If necessary, you can also try different settings or features to find out what your cat likes best.
